The breakfast had an excellent variety, offering two types of eggs and fresh fruits making mornings good! Plus, the friendly staff was always ready to help with any requests.

On the downside, the noise from passing ambulances was disruptive, waking us during the night. Not the hotel's fault, but notable .

I liked everything, beautiful view from the window, all necessary toiletries, coffee, tea, good beds, spacious room.

No such thing, price=quality.

Location: the hotel was very close to good public transport links, the centre of a major capital city, and the train station, underground station and busstop. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was friendly.

Had a blast with friends! The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the central station and opposite the Natural History Museum. The room was clean and cozy, with good storage and a kettle for tea. Breakfast was varied and always fresh. Would definitely recommend for a fun group trip!

Only downside was the noise from the busy street at night, a bit hard to sleep.

I greatly appreciated the awesome breakfast options available each morning, including a lovely variety of eggs and fresh fruits. The hotel's location was perfect. Just a short walk to both tram and U-Bahn stations.

Noise from the street was disruptive.

Breakfast was pleasant, room had good facilities and was clean.

Smell of the corridors and lift - there appeared to be a problem with sewage. The rooms were not very large given the cost of the accommodation.

Hotel is very Wonderful , Clean, Excellent site ,Good facilities, Appropriate prices, Excellent Reception , Was supposed to receive my room at 2 pm as instructed by the hotels, but arrived early from the airport to the hotel at ten in the morning, have received a room filled directly without any complications, and this is excellent for comfort and to help the customer , Hotel is close to tourist sites in Berlin and the main station and the metro stations , I hope the hotel management to consider me a permanent customer of the hotel When I visited Berlin for the coming times I would like to thank the management of the hotel excellent service to customers, But I ask only to be a smile more with customers, becouse it is the language of the peoples Note - Unfortunately there is no room for smokers Best Regards Dr.Mohamed Alshekhili UK.London

excellent shower size, walkable supermarket, easy access to main train station

Room carpet seems outdated and possibly dirty!!! Large water issues without hot water!!! The lack of air conditioning in some rooms can be uncomfortable for summer visits!!!
